SLOPE A Colorado Mystery is an Upcoming Book By Joseph McHale who is a retired Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He has a Master of Criminal Justice degree from the University of Colorado at Denver.  He was commissioned a police officer, detective and sergeant at Englewood, Colorado. He was a Lafayette, Colorado, policeman. He was a Colorado State Certified Peace Officer and State Certified Police Academy Instructor. A Private Investigator, he was licensed in Wisconsin and Florida. He was a member of the Professional Private Investigators Association of Colorado. He worked in Special Investigation Units based at Milwaukee, Chicago, Cleveland, Mission Viejo and Tampa. He taught at the National Insurance Crime Bureau's (NICB) Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Academy. He was an air force journalist and broadcaster.  He taught applied journalism for three years at the Defense Information School (DINFOS).  He was born at Scranton and raised at Olyphant, Pennsylvania.  He is a 1963 Blakely High School graduate.   He is an Eagle Scout, Boy Scouts of America.
